LouisBoulgarides

Louis Boulgarides, CPP

President and CEO
Louis Boulgarides manages field operations and sales at Ollivier. Louis joined Ollivier in 2015 and brings 25 years of experience in the Security Guard and Systems industries. Over the last 8 years, Louis managed all aspects of the Security Systems West Coast operations for Universal Services of America, Inc. Mr. Boulgarides has the unique ability to define security systems that optimize the technology and the quality of the guards’ ability to protect assets. Louis’s specialty is finding efficient solutions for sites that require guard services. Louis has extensive experience with Local Operations Centers, Regional Command Centers, Global Command Centers, and Managed Access Control and Video. Louis has overseen managed system deployments in excess of 4,000 readers. Mr. Boulgarides received his MBA from Cal Poly Pomona in 2007. Mr. Boulgarides received his Certified Protection Professional (CPP) designation from ASIS International in 2006 and he holds a C-10 license from the CSLB – and is a designated Qualified Alarm Company Manager.

Alberto Punky

Punky Duero

Senior Director of Engineering
Punky Duero is the Senior Director of Engineering at Ollivier Corporation – a systems engineering company providing enterprise security solutions in California. He is responsible for the company’s information systems including architecture and standards for deployment. With more than 10 years of experience on information security, physical security, software development and risk management, Duero brings in technical leadership and operational expertise to help bridge the gap between information security and physical security technologies.

Punky is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and GIAC Security Leadership Certified (GSLC). He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and is a master certified in security systems such as Lenel OnGuard, AMAG, Avigilon, Schlage SMS, S2 and Brivo. He is a fellow speaker providing lectures about information security, key management and physical security on conferences from different communities like DEFCON, NANOG and ISC West.

Prior to Ollivier, he was a Cryptographic Key Manager for ICANN – a not-for-profit organization that manages the global internet’s Domain Name System (DNS). He was the Subject Matter Expert for Information Security Governance, Third Party Oversight and Key Management for its Policy Management Authority. During his tenure, he also co-authored and helped maintain various technical documents that govern the Root DNSSEC KSK operations.

Charles Denney

Charles Denney

Director, Managed Services
Charles Denney manages the Eco System of Managed Services offerings at Ollivier. Charles joined the team in 2017 and brings 10 years of experience in the Security Guard and Systems industries with another ten years in the IT Workspace. Prior to joining Ollivier, Charles was the Strategic Account Manager for Allied Universal Security Systems portfolio accounts.   Brookfield, CBRE, Douglas Emmett and their tenants are just a few of the clients that Charles served while at AUSS.  As the Director of Managed Services, Charles works closely with clients and vendors to design security solutions that reduce the man power spend, improve efficiencies and service levels for their buildings.  Mr. Denney holds a BA in Business Communications from California State University, Long Beach and is currently studying for his CPP from ASIS International.

Jaime Briceno

Jaime Briceno

Director, Installation
Jaime Briceno has over 20 years of experience in the security industry. Jaime is one of few Project Managers in the industry who is also Master Certified for Lenel OnGuard. He has managed several projects with other applications such as AMAG, Milestone, Avigilon, Commend, Stentofon, Aiphone and many others. Jaime is responsible for all aspects of the installation department at Ollivier which includes a crew of 10 Project Leads and Installation Technicians. Jaime ensures that projects close in an orderly manner, and the work he supervises exceeds standards and expectations.

Joel Rakow

Joel Rakow, Ed.D.

Chairman
Dr. Rakow, leads the Electronic Security and Consulting Groups at Ollivier Corporation and focuses on the integration of physical and data security. He is a former Technology Leadership Partner at Tatum Partners, where he founded the eCrimes/Risk Management Practice. Dr. Rakow is a member of the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS) IT Security Council, a former advisor to the Secret Service and the Los Angeles Electronic Crimes Task Force, a member of the FBI Infragard, former member of the Adobe Software’s Advisory Council, and the Receivers Team for the State Courts of California. He has held such titles as Chief Technology Officer and President and CEO in highly successful national organizations, and the Assistant to the President of a publicly traded company that secures communications between the US Dept. of Defense and the White House and Chairman of the IT Steering Committee for an international public company. He is the architect of the national security plan for Danone’s Water Division and the data security plan for Molson Coors, a $5B global manufacturer and marketer. He has over 15 years of information systems and software development experience. He has developed and produced over 40 commercially successful application software programs, including cloud-based video tutorials for administrators of Lenel OnGuard and AMAG Symmetry.  He has won industry awards including Microsoft Partner of the Year, PC World Best Product of the Year, and Great Plains Implementation of the Year. Major consulting clients include Northrop Grumman, Texas Instruments, the U.S. Department of Defense, the U.S. Census Bureau, the U.S. Department of Transportation, CAMICO Mutual Insurance Company, SSP Litronic, BankBoston, Pacific Healthcare, Bidz.com, LifeMasters, Planewide Games, and the World Shoe Association, most of which addressed security and risk management solutions. He is a Harvard University and National Science Foundation fellow, and was on the faculty for the Los Angeles Police Department’s Law Enforcement and Private Security 2003 conference.
